Both forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that passes your submission on to us. See their own privacy terms for how submissions are handled in transit.
To reply to you and prepare your quote or project — nothing else. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is the project-brief autosave described above, which stays on your device and is never transmitted until you submit the form.
If your project goes ahead, the information you've shared continues to be used to deliver that project under our Client Services Agreement, and is kept for as long as the engagement (and any ongoing hosting or support) requires.
We keep enquiry and brief emails only as long as we need them to respond to you or deliver your project. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, at any time.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We aim to respond to any access request within 45 days. To exercise any of these, email info@quantumpixelpremium.com.
